Can't edit red and blue boundary lines after it's been done once ? Why left everyone feeling bitter as it is the thing that most people get wrong in the first instance thefore ended up using another service which lets you amend them as may times as you like

Hello, thanks for the feedback. In common with most other similar services, once you've purchased the plan and if you've made a mistake, you need to reorder the plan. We do however refund the plan so you can try again. Hope this helps.

I was asked for two plans. They were almost identical by BuyAPlan and therefore I felt not good value for money

Very annoying. I did not need a plan. LPA insisted I purchased one. I was unable to add the road name essential for the planning application so it was technically invalid. I advised the lpa accordingly.

Basically, the map was way out of date. It stills shows the property as it was before 2008. To be fair, all 3 of the map suppliers had this problem so its probably OS that is to blame.

Not clear how to add boundaries which are to scale. Lack of any instructions. Boundary line drawing clunky and lacks accuracy.

I found it difficult to use the site to get the number of plans I needed and after making a draft application for the planning consent I needed have found that the plans I had from you do not cover the whole of my garden so are useless.

Overpriced for a very basic plan I could have done myself with little effort

Plan only used a quarter of the A4 page if that. Plan should fill well over 3/4 of the page to be of any use. Correct size was selected etc.

it was not clear on the web page that both A3 and A4 sizes where available: Having purchased A4, thinking it was the only option I was latterly told by my architect the drawing was overly small for practical purposes: Seems I may have to pay again to them for a drawing they will obtain

Sorry to hear that John. We'll look at what we can do but there is a button with 'A4' and 'A3' on it next to the preview. Hope this helps.

We purchased the plan to submit it for our planning application however planning rejected this plan as it did not have the appropriate markings on it (i.e. red line around our property) as such we then had to find someone who could assist in creating a version that would be accepted. I found it annoying that this was the recommended site to purchase a plan from on the planning application site yet it was not accepted by planning??!! Prior to it being rejected I was happy with the service it was quick and looked to me to show the area/location we requested.

I was not happy having to buy one of your plans, as I had a full detailed Land Registry plan of my house which I presented to the council when I put in my recent planning application. The puchase of your plan of my house was forced upon me on the grounds that the local planning department could not use my LR Plans as they ( The Council Palnning Dept) were 'all digital now' and would have to make mulitple copies of the LR plans to and circulate the appliction and so infrindge the LR copywrite. Your plan was rather small on the scale and was not as detailed as the LR one.

I think you may be confused as our plans are not Land Registry plans but OS Plans. They show the geographic boundaries and not legal boundaries. Hope this helps.

Annotation tools limited. No final preview before purchase so difficult to know what you will actually get

Thanks for the feedback however there is a preview, it is the map that you saw before ordering. There are also automatic and manual drawing tools.

I was unable to draw an accurate red line

The plan does not meet the requirements of the council. And there's no flexibility to rectify the missed parts.

Hello, thanks for the feedback, however if the plan is marked correctly by the customer (ie. redline the correct property) there is no reason why it shouldn't be accepted as the plans meet all requirements necessary. Please contact customer support to let us know what they are saying as we haven't heard from you. Much appreciated!

website not user friendly and very expensive I ordered online so the questions below do not apply

Plan did not show full extent of garden. This was required for Planning application.

Hello David, the site will only deliver the area you've selected and previewed when you click on the Buy Now button. It sounds like you didn't select the whole garden. Hope this helps.

I think the whole process of purchasing a plan is unnecessarily expensive. I can’t see how it can be justifiable to charge £55 for a very simple plan.

The planning department rejected the location plan as they said that there was no red line outlining the location. There was in fact a red line but the planning dept said that it wasn't clear enough and asked us to make it clearer. We did this in house but this has delayed the verification process by two weeks.

Sorry to hear that. The red line is very clear on your plan so I'm not certain why this happened and is the first time we've heard of this situation.

Your website is quite glitchy, particularly if you are trying to order more than one plan and see previews of them. I had to contact your team via chat to reset my account and talk me through a couple of things. They were very helpful though!

Sorry to hear that. You can order as many plans as you like and click on the little magnifying glass in the basket to review any of them. Perhaps you missed it. Hope this helps.
