“quick and easy to do, but when delineating the boundary by the attach a red line option, the printed final version showed greater detail than on screen and revealed the red line was not as accurate as originally thought. In the end it made the plan unusable. Probably user error, but would have been good to have been able to go back in and correct it without paying another full fee.”

“A very useful service offering an easy solution to obtaining a plan of land/buildings in th e UK A user friendly web site allows the user to select the area and scale of the plan and to mark/identify the site. It is very convenient to be able to get a plan on line without delay. I do not know where I could get a plan if this service was not available. Highly recommended.”

“Afternoon, I was made to purchase a plan from you for a raised decking project as you were an approved provider for Devon Council. I found your maps to be out dated as it didn’t show my neighbours house, but instead showed the garage which it replaced many years ago. Do you regularly update maps from land registry? When I did try and map out the proposed build area your tools were basic and I was unable to show the curve in my deck design. When the map was purchased the red lines I had positioned to demonstrate my boundary had jumped and now showed my proposed build would include part of my other neighbours garden. I deal with map and scale drawings everyday as part of my work and ended up using my own Geofield utility maps to accurately produce a location map which has now satisfied the council building inspector. I have found your whole service to be a waste of time and money.”

“Once I had looked all round to see what I had to do this site was easy to use. I printed two different scaled maps, which was for planning requirements as they requested. Nothing back from planning to saying that there is any problem, so this is good. Also if I need them in a future planning application I will have them, as they are sent via e-mail and can be saved to your computer.”
