“The website is confusing and difficult to use, I requested a red outline on the block plan (the option was selected) but had to pay first before I could see the plan layout and when received the red outline was not there, but instructions to print out and use a red pen!!!! Very poor for the charge of c£25 - I dont usually say things like this, but it is a complete rip off, you cannot submit a planning application without a location plan, and the quality of the product is very poor for the charge you apply”
