“Fairly easy to use once understood about outlining the property bounder, just couldn't understand why it didn't include the house which caused too many free views, after emailing them, reset was done otherwise exactly what I needed.”

“The website is confusing and difficult to use, I requested a red outline on the block plan (the option was selected) but had to pay first before I could see the plan layout and when received the red outline was not there, but instructions to print out and use a red pen!!!! Very poor for the charge of c£25 - I dont usually say things like this, but it is a complete rip off, you cannot submit a planning application without a location plan, and the quality of the product is very poor for the charge you apply”
