Sorry that you had a bad experience. The plans are the standard used for planning and by all other planning map suppliers. We can refund if the plan was rejected however that is very rare.

“Once you know what you’re doing the site is fine but I ran into trouble with it not being the right size. The council rejected the plan for that reason. I tried the chat line but to be frank, I knew more than theY did and eventually worked it out myself. So not really impressed with the support. However, I managed to get a refund for getting the wrong plans and I thought the service was excellent. So I do trust the company.”

“A good system that provided a clear plan to include in my planning application. The option to view a number of times prior to purchase was good, although stating how many gratis views were allowed would have helped. I found the system difficult to utilise from my portable device as the action buttons were not functioning, albeit that might be my device, more fidelity on the action buttons might help. Finally when purchasing the plan, a message confirming a short period to download contradicted the email- turns out there was plenty of time to view it before saving. A good system all the same thatI would use again and recommend to others.”

Sorry to hear that, all plans have a North point top left. The red lines are added by the customer so perhaps you put them in the wrong place?

“I found the service, as usual, was very easy to use, and the facility to add red and blue edging to site plans is extremely useful. Obtaining a PDF plan almost instantaneously really is a boon and takes one headache away from submitting a planning application ! Oh, and the prices are competitive too.”

Thanks for the feedback however we're cheaper than most suppliers and not many offer a preview of the plan before purchase. I hope this helps.

“I needed my plan for Land registry and the thickness of the line when drawing you boundries doesn't allow for accuracy. However, it was a very quick and easy process and I was offered a refund. Would definitely use again for planning maybe when accuracy isn't key.”
