“It worked and a I bought a pair of plans, and I'll use the service again. It wasn't exactly intuitive though to view and download a scale onto which I could add the required details for a planning application. In fact I ended up re-scaling what I'd bought in order to do that. And the site told me halfway through the process that I had 'nearly used up all my free views' and that I should 'place an order this time', when I already had one item in the basket and was struggling to work out what the best scale would be for my second purchase.”

“Very easy to use the service and reasonably priced too. Only thing that I would like is the ability to outlined a site location in a different colour as the Environment Agency request that site location plans are outlined in green!”

“The plan itself wasn't too bad but the sizes of the maps needed to be increased or have a button that allows you to expand. When drawing on a very small piece of land, this is very difficult.”

“On receipt of the plan my local council wanted the red area brighter so I did a black and white copy and highlighted the area with a red felt tip that was accepted.”
