Very easy process but why, when you select a specific address, doesn't it show which one it is in the 1:1250 plan? The local authority initially refused what I'd sent.

At over £30 it was expensive for a site plan but convenient.

A good service, but did not give me the answers I need to define my agricultural boundaries. Rather impersonal as not any obvious way of getting more help. Almost all the information, other than the aerial map, I had already uncovered myself

Service was quick and efficient, got the plan download instantly. One criticism is the square ratio of plan provided. It would work better in the landscape document if it the A3 plan selected was actually an A3 dimensions viewport. Perhaps it was a tick box I missed to achieve this. Seems quite a lot of money to pay for a plan that’s not exactly what I wanted. Thanks

The cost is quite high for the product. The website is straightforward, but the link I was sent to unlock my plan did not work initially. I wrote explaining the problem, and received a response the next day, by which time the fault had corrected itself (or had been corrected). So the plan printed well the next day. I'm not sure where the problem occurred but if it happens to you, just wait a few hours and it might correct itself.

I'd not realised the significance of a proper plan, but wishing to sound out Highways in advance of a planning application my architect asked me to buy a plan. The site was easy to navigate and understand, the purchase made and Highways responded positively to our enquiry. A good result!

Easy to use website and reasonable cost compared to other sites, however my planning team came back and said there were too many red border outlines on the land, this site doesn't seem to join up adjacent sites to put one border around all.

We needed to buy two plans but not at the scales we wanted. With one in the basket there wasn’t a ‘continue shopping’ to go back, choose another scale then buy both, therefore taking advantage of the discount on offer! We had to buy them separately.

Good but wanted to change outline on map after purchase and could not find a way to do this with out purchasing another map.

The plan was clear and easy to download but frustrating that, portrait or landscape, the area provided is only square. It is also restricted by the fact that it nowhere near fills the page - there is a lot of wasted space around the plan.

quick and easy overall. A little expensive. Not easy to draw a red line around the location plan.

Expensive for what they are, but a necessary evil to ensure to the right scale etc for planning applications. Would be useful if there was a way to add lines and shapes to map with measurements based on current scale (as would allow proposed developments to be marked)

Easy to get hold of a plan, but difficult marking up my site boundary. Does not appear to be a way of altering the boundary I have drawn. Should have left it blank and drawn it on afterwards.

Would be useful if the site in question could be outlined in red or another colour at the user's option...

Relatively easy to use but double check the requirements from your planning office before you adjust the scale

I bought the plan to show the boundary of a Church for a planning application. The complete outside boundary as required did not show as the instructions said it would - it should numerous areas in the Churchyard as separate parts and there did not appear to be anyway to join them suitably. I ended up (after having it returned from the planning department) having to import the map into photoshop in black and white and put the line around the outside myself in red.

Ok Frustrating tgat i cant just buy a plan at a scale i choose. Scottish planning stipulates 50:1 or 100:1 for site plans, but you dont sell those scales. Bought map electronically, why would you do anything else these days?

The plan was great, but I suspect the program isn’t totally mobile-friendly as initially I found it quite difficult to edge the building in red. I had to start again, but the end result was very good. If I hadn’t had these difficulties I would have given it 5 stars.

The plan was nice and clear, but was hoping there’d be an option to have dwg version too. Tried converting the pdf to dwg on autocad, but this didn’t work. Should be made clearer that only pdfs are provided!

Basically Ok but it was difficult to draw the property boundary accurately. Very expensive - a whole OS sheet is about £8.50
