“This was ordered the weekend before last he was supposed to be on a 3 to 5 days delivery my sons birthday was on the Friday I messaged your company on Thursday to ask how my package was getting on and Was told don’t worry it will be with you today or tomorrow the package didn’t turn up till the Saturday the day after my boys birthday”

“One of my items arrived in a battered box that was ripped. Condition not really acceptable for a brand new item. This was not due to the way it was delivered as the bits that were ripped off were not in the packaging. This was for a friend’s hen do. Other item arrived in good condition.”
