“I ordered a child cap, unfortunately, it arrived too late, that's life. Then it turned out that it was too small, so I got in touch and was advised to return it at no cost to get a refund. That is great customer service so yes I recommand. Thank you Charlie and Thank you Lydia at Party Perfecto! Also the little cap looked great! very well made and will make someone else very chuffed one day! Tha”

“Bought a pirate outfit for a Murder mystery dinner party. Amazing! Although the tailoring wasn’t the finest, the actual clothing was brilliant. For £15.99 it was an absolute bargain. The jacket even had a lining. There was also a waistcoat, a white shirt, knee length boot tops, a sash and a tricorn hat. Only thing I needed was a cutlass to complete the outfit. Would recommend 100%”

“First and last time I will purchase from this company they sent me a completely wrong order and when I queried about the right order been sent out which I paid next day delivery for there answer was always would I like a refund. I didn’t want a refund I wanted the correct order poor customer service.”

“I have order my kid Birthday party bags and some fillings. It arrive late late and part of the order missing! I asked them about and they said it wil be send but nothing arrived! At the end I needed to buy it from another said and pay again because it never arrive in time for my child party! No happy at all!”
