“First time ordering. had a problem with some tropheys i ordered. Some had some marks and scratches on them. After a few emails back and forth to i finally got it sorted out. so i was happy with the outcome. Happy with the order when it got sorted out, the rest of the items were fine. happy overall. i will order again in the future and after having my complaint dealt with and getting it sorted out to how i needed it to be i will be telling other people who order items for cake decorations for toys to also come here too. thank you.”

“Ordered and selected multiple items and express delivery (2-3 days) for a party, still not here after 8 days. Had to drive over an hour to get from a local supplier - And they didn't have all the items, which is why I prepared and bought online in advance. UPDATED FROM 1 STAR TO 3 Items never made it on time, may not have been sellers fault refund process was faultless and professional Based on this experience I cannot recommend this retailer at all”
