“I paid extra for a quicker delivery on the 16th and it still arrived on the 23rd, I emailed twice and on my got a reply on the second attempt of contact. If I had left it on a normal delivery I still would have received it on the same day. Not enough was done to keep me informed I am quite disappointed and would like my postage back.”

“I’m still waiting for my purchase to arrive so you might want to check that customers have actually received the product before you ask for a review. I understand in the current climate that deliveries may be delayed however you need to reflect this in your confirmation so we know when to expect our delivery. I have a disappointed young boy here and no clue when this product is going to arrive...”

“Products never arrived. This was clearly a Royal Mail issue as they delivered to incorrect address (no signature during Covid 19 times, so parcel was just left at wrong address, postman was new to area) BUT Party Perfecto refused to take the matter up with Royal Mail and admitted that the shipping charge did not cover insurance against loss, so they felt there was no need to help me with disputing delivery. I paid £67 for product that they know did not arrive. Royal Mail needed Party Perfecto to contact them to make a complaint and they refused to do so. Zero customer service.”

“I recently bought a few items from party perfecto , a couple were missing from the delivery , but when I contacted them I received an almost immediate reply , they were very pleasant and helpful and the missing items were delivered within a day or two. an excellent service , and I would certainly use them again .”
