I was sent wrong part, then broken part, and seller called me a liar and a conman, even though i showed him picture of part, next to part i purchased, he was abusive and refused refund because i a 'con man' have ordered part new and wont be using site again.

Still not received my order apparently down to courier, also why do you keep calling me Heywood, my name is Mr Gordon Heywood the clue is in my e mail address. DON'T USE THAT CONDESENDING TONE WITH ME YOU HAVE ASKED ME FOR A FAVORABLE REVIEW ON YOUR COMPANY TWICE NOW I DON'T CARE WHO'S FAULT IT IS I HAVE UPHELD MY PART AND PAID FOR AN ITEM AND I STILL HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT SO MY REVIEW STANDS

We are sorry you feel this way. As soon as PartsGateway was notified of an issue we contacted Saab Surgery who provided you with the following update:- "i have lodged a claim with TNT as they did not inform me of any failure to deliver your item or notify me if it was damaged. I have already packaged another myself and made sure it is boxed up safely. This second one will be dispatched today and will be on the by 12 service tomorrow and I will gladly give you the tracking number. If they had told me sooner I would of been able to solve this but instead sadly it has taken the customer to get in touch. I sincerely apologies and we will not allow this in the future."

The dealer, Oldham Autos, delivered the wrong part (i.e. not what their delivery note stated), and then failed to address the issue. At the moment I'm £50 out of pocket! Sadly, all I got from Parts Gateway was that Oldham Autos is no longer on their supplier list. Personally, I won't knowingly go near either organisation again.

Useless car registration shows the car is a diesel but got sent a part for a petrol car.

Ordered part didn't arrive for 2 weeks ... 1st week was suppose to come on the Thursday nobody called phoned Friday rang he said delivery company sent to wrong depo ... then there was confusion and they give me a refund after I called them back Monday asking where the part was ... then I told them to resend it as I still needed it ( they sent it without charge ) was ment to come wed/thurs text Thursday night didn't even get a reply ... part turned up Friday... was a complete mess up think you need to use another company to deliver and it's not acceptable I felt I was messed about the hole time will not be ordering from this company again

Wrong colour of part sent out, whats the point in asking for a registration that indicates the colour of the car and then sending another colour out? I ha e asked the seller for the address to return the item and have been ignored. Poor service.

Ordered and paid for part!!! Then to be called from vauxcentre saying they made a mistake and I needed to pay another £36 or receive a refund.. I sent partsgateway around 5 emails with my complaint and received NO reply.... I will never use again!!!! Completely waisted my time.

I enquired of a space saver (skinny) spare wheel for a 2013 Renault Megane and had a response from Just Renault Ltd at £72.00 When the courier tried to deliver on 18/4/17 a standard roadwheel/tyre I pointed out the order was for a space saver spare wheel and the package/tyre appeared too wide and he eventually agreed to return same, on the 20/4/17 another driver attempted to deliver the same package until I explained the situation he too felt the tyre was too wide to be a suitable (skinny) spare wheel and agreed to return same.

why do you still do business with Van Parts 4U. Out of the 500 reviews on your on website well over 50% have said they have been ripped off by him. Ditch him, he gives your good service a bad name.

part had been marked up with part number ect after cleaning off could still see it burnt into plastic used two clips of it and repaired mine
