“The service was ok and low cost. However the initial paperwork looked professional but they gave the wrong number to inform the driver of our impending arrival. We called it but the person on the other end had never heard this company….very distressing, thought I’d been scammed. Upon arrival at T5 level 4 we had a phone call from the pick up driver so panic over and all was well. Ali was polite and courteous and efficient at both ends of the parking duration. But check the telephone numbers next time”
“The issue we had was that the entrance to terminal 2 multi storey is not signposted. You can see where people drive out, but not go in!
This caused us problems. We went the wrong way and was charged £5 for ending up in the drop off area first. It was purely by chance, and following other cars that we found the entrance.
You have to drive slightly passed the multi storey and on approach to the roundabout turn left, which takes you behind it to the entrance.
The sat nav will tell you to go back round, so clear signs would be a great help?”
“Had a problem exiting the car park because my car reg had been entered incorrectly into the system and therefore did not recognise my car registration and automatic barrier did not operate. Had to give my booking reference to get sorted. Luckily I had my booking email close to hand.”
“We have used you twice this year and its a review of 2 halves…. The first half, ie booking, arriving and getting to the airport deserves a 5 star review , however collection upon your return especially in the evening leaves room for improvement bringing the overall experience down.
Polite suggestion - have your collection driver know how many people and who is picking up by name as both times he has left without us even though in right location , following correct procedures …. Very frustrating and comes across as not being bothered - lets the whole service down .

“The parking was very full with no indications as to where spaces may be found. The ground is ,in large part rough stones with puddles and difficult to roll luggage across.
It isn't cheap and there must be thousands of cars there. I would have thought better facilities could have been provided.”
