“Parking was easy and only a short walk to the terminal but upon my return I drove to the barriers to exit and they wouldn’t lift, so I pressed the assist button as it was showing I owed £50.00 (I’d paid before entering the carpark online and still had 40 mins left before that expired) I was eventually let out the carpark by the person at the end of the line but it was an unnecessary inconvenience that didn’t need to happen!”
“There was a long slow queue taking a long while to exit the car park . On the way in it was easier to get in the lift , whereas on the way back there was a huge queue for the lifts and it was difficult with ski gear to get into any lift”
Thanks for the feedback. Sadly, sometimes when multiple flights land, there are quite a few people trying to get out of the car park at the same time. We will pass this feedback onto Manchester Airport.
“Dropped car off was good and inside, when we picked it up it was parked outside by a cafe that was closed across the road. Forgot how far it was from the airport when you get back off holiday. We were fortunate that the rain kept off for our walk both ways.”
“We arrived and getting the airport run smoothly but unfortunately coming home was a nightmare and stressful, there was only one mini bus that only seated 8 people and about 40 people waiting for it at 1.30 in the morning ,there was no system of first come first served just everyone pushing to get on so we will not recommend or use your service again which is a shame”
“Dropped car,paid 5£ and bus took us to the airport in 5 mins.Came back from a holidays one hour earlier,called and no one has answered the phone 3 times.I left mesaage and i walked for
25 mins at 2 am to pick up my car.Plus was car was parked just at the office ready for me.”
“On my return to collect my car the man on reception was very rude .
He gave me my key without my door key.
I asked why and he said whilst on the phone with another customer you signed the risk slip of possibly losing attached keys.
I said so where are my other keys , he said in your car pal but next time think on in an abrupt manner.”

“I have used Imagine car park three times and never had any problems until Wednesday. Prior to our travel the vehicle was cleaned and on our return at 2am in the morning you could see the exterior of the car was filthy. Unfortunately due to the darkness we were unable to carry out a full inspection of out car until later that day, when we have noticed damage to our rear alloy.
As we booked through Parking Up we have contacted you via email, including a picture of the damage but have yet to receive any acknowledgement.”
“Service was ok but was disappointed I had to pay to get out of short stay carpark twice thought it would have been included in price which was already quite expensive”

“On arriving back into England to collect my car I was met by a booking mistake in which the staff told.me I was a day late back. This wasn't a problem but however the staff working were extremely rude and not helpful at all and I am.not happy because I paid good money for a poor service.”
“We came back to collect the car at 11 pm to be told it was parked outside in the street behind the parking lot which we didn't think was very secure and it was pitch dark so we couldn't even check the car to see if there was any damage.”
Thanks for your feedback. Your car will have not have been parked there for the duration of the stay. Cars get brought out to the reception area / front of the building a few hours before you are due to arrive back so that they are ready for collection.
