“Easy to find the car park itself. A bit more difficult to find a car in a green zone. The locker for the key was too small and my key was stuck in it- or maybe somebody had put it the wrong way”
“Easy drop off and pickup procedure, albeit wouldn’t have liked to have had a 5min walk in the rain. Maybe charge a little extra and invest in a regular shuttle service?”
“Yes I use jet parks 3 and ringway a few times a year. Bus drivers are frequently happy and helpful. Car parking is good and well signaled with all the sector signs to help find your car again. Can’t pick a favourite between the two I just always get what’s available when I book. Busses haven’t let me down in years and one driver actually told me about a terminal change before the airline did this year.”
“Whilst the whole process was OK for me it was chaotic on pick up. We landed late due to a technical issue with the plane at malaga. It was 3.15 am. There were quite a few of us waiting and it was a free for all when the vehicle arrived. There were a group of teenagers who just jumped in even though they were the last to arrive. A young couple with 3 small children who were first there were left along with ourselves in by the cold for another 20 to 15 minutes which the driver
could have sorted at pick up. Hence only 3 stars”
