“Dropoff OK, had to ring twice on arrival, car took 15-25 minutes to arrive. Plane was scheduled to arrive at 23.45 but arrived early at 23.30 so that could be something to do with it.”
“When booked offered transfer service, arrived at 04.30 to be told to walk to airport. Granted it wasn't too far but would have been unacceptable if we had big suitcases or mobility problem. Need to ensure that when booking people are made aware of no transfers. If this had changed since I booked surely I should have been made aware and given the choice to cancel and book with carpark who offered the service I had paid for.”
“Staff were fine and helpful, instructions were clear and easy to follow. One slight issue was my cars offside front wheel has been scraped and this was not there at drop off. I arrived late and in the dark to collect and only noticed the following day”
“Good value but the directions given to find it were awful. I ended up in the wrong car park which I had to then pay to leave! Therefore it didn’t work out so cheap.”
“All good except on booking it said a transfer mini bus to airport we had to walk and had a lady in our party who struggled as just getting over a serious illness we asked about a lift attendant refused pouring with rain too.
No issue with car parking all great a lift to airport as described on booking would have been a 10”
“Was ok but very hard to find no signs and no shuttle to airport as advertised - walk to airport was a good 10 minute walk if it was raining you would be soaked - would not park here again because of this”
“very cheap because they drop you off 10 mins walk from the actual terminal,on the way back we were waiting for over 30 mins to get picked up but the did pay for the closer pick up,but an option is to get a taxi for £7 or £8 to take you back to the depot”

Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear this. I've looked into this with the car park and they had a couple of drivers call in sick on that shift so were slightly on the back foot, I apologise about this. Normally, you would not be waiting at all, like how your outward journey was.
“You need to make your instructions clearer before you get to the airport!! It would help massively if you explained clearly when you book the step-by-step guide to what happens when you drop your car off and then on pick up!! As mine was miles away but you don't tell people that when you drop it off!! Was highly annoying when you arrive back in the early hours in the rain”
“Quick and easy service. Unfortunately they do not screen their suppliers and we for one that was well below par, and shouldn’t be on their list of recommended service providers.”

“It all was fine apart from drop off and pick up. Didn't realise how far away from the terminal the drop off point was, so was a bit of a trek dragging luggage.
We were prepared for the return drag to the pick up point.
However when the driver arrived and dropped off passengers, he said he had to go elsewhere before we could be picked up. Turned out he picked up passengers from the terminal then doubled back to collect us (we recognised the people from our flight). We could have gone in the minibus instead of waiting, but it looked like they were trying to justify the additional charge to the passengers who had paid extra at the terminal by picking them up first. Annoying to be left standing for no reason other than appearances. Otherwise the service was fine although the site did look a bit rough around the edges. Good value for money.”
