Return poor as insufficient drivers to return our vehicle meaning a forty minute wait out in the cold. However the driver was very courteous and apologetic.”
Thanks for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear this. I've looked into this with the car park and they had a couple of drivers call in sick on that shift so were slightly on the back foot, I apologise about this. Normally, you would not be waiting at all, like how your outward journey was.
“You need to make your instructions clearer before you get to the airport!! It would help massively if you explained clearly when you book the step-by-step guide to what happens when you drop your car off and then on pick up!! As mine was miles away but you don't tell people that when you drop it off!! Was highly annoying when you arrive back in the early hours in the rain”

“It all was fine apart from drop off and pick up. Didn't realise how far away from the terminal the drop off point was, so was a bit of a trek dragging luggage.
We were prepared for the return drag to the pick up point.
However when the driver arrived and dropped off passengers, he said he had to go elsewhere before we could be picked up. Turned out he picked up passengers from the terminal then doubled back to collect us (we recognised the people from our flight). We could have gone in the minibus instead of waiting, but it looked like they were trying to justify the additional charge to the passengers who had paid extra at the terminal by picking them up first. Annoying to be left standing for no reason other than appearances. Otherwise the service was fine although the site did look a bit rough around the edges. Good value for money.”
“My wife had an emergency medical issue and was on crutches
This happened 24hrs before we were due to fly
I contacted your company to ensure transport would be available and was assured that it would be. On arrival at 0545 the man in charge told us he could not leave the building as the shutters to seal the building were broken. We had no advance warning. My wife had to walk on her crutches to the airport and I had to manipulate two suitcases. Not good enough I think”

“inward we walked to airport. Return (1.30am) we walked to parking. No one available to take us . On return no one answered our phone calls. The walking was no great problem as weather was good, but if weather was poor???? We are both in our 80s and regard the service as unacceptable pulling our cases behind us”
We're sorry to hear that the car park you booked with were not answering your calls. We will speak to them to find out why they didn't as this is not usually the case as they are open 24 hours a day.
“Booked parking price was reasonable until they then factor in £5 if they drop you off at airport, no indication on website u have pay fir the transfer . I couldn’t walk as I had my granddaughter with me and two heavy cases and cabin cases . On my return which was after midnight I rang the mobile number they gave me but it was switched off , I then tried the office number nobody answered, I had to walk along the airport road then along the duel carriageway to the car park alone. I was distressed and very anxious especially as there were not many people about . I will definitely pay more and park in the airport next time, not worth the stress and anxiety I endured as a lone traveller”
