“A bit disappointed i had one flat tyre one need some air and my battery was flat. I had left my car for a month so flat battery not too surprising. I would of expected the tyres to be checked before driving my car to the pick up point. Driving my car with a flat tyre isn't going to do it much good.”
“I used this parking service during my trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful – we were quickly taken to the airport and picked up just as smoothly after our return.
Unfortunately, I have to rate the safety of the car on the parking lot negatively. Right after leaving the premises, I noticed a disturbing noise coming from the wheel. At first, I thought it was just a stone, but after pulling over it turned out that a screw was stuck in the tire. In addition, I noticed a few new scratches on the car body that definitely weren’t there before. When I contacted the parking staff by phone, I was told they were not responsible. This was disappointing, as the car was handed over in good condition.
Luckily, I managed to fix the tire quickly at a nearby mechanic, but overall the experience left me with dissatisfaction and disappointment. The transfer service itself – definitely a plus, but the safety of vehicles needs serious improvement.”

“The parking and transfer to the airport was acceptable. I was given a buisness card and told to phone when we returned. Upon our return at 11:30 PM, we couldn't locate the card. Everything out on the airport floor. Nothing. I couldn't get a taxi to take me to the car park. Too short a trip. So we looked on the internet, the confirmation text and used AI to find the phone number for the Liverpool site at Venture Business Park. NOTHING. We couldn't find any phone numbers. Just a live chat that didn't respond. So I had to walk from the airport to the car park (over a mile) at midnight and retrieve the car. I was told it was my fault as I lost the card. Fair enough, but why the lack of phone (or any type of) contact to ANY part of the nationwide orginisation? What's to hide? I got my car and had to pay another £6 to collect my wife and luggage. I would never use this firm again. Apparently, the reveiws on Trustpilot concur. It's a shame I didn't check them first.”

Also, if you look up In2CarParks on Google, you will find their telephone number to call, which is open 24 hours a day.

Thanks for the feedback. You shouldn't have been waiting that long, sadly sometimes many flights land together and can put pressure on the transfer busses. We will speak to the car park regarding this though.
“Everything was well delivered, except the collection of passengers after landing in the early hours of the morning of 13 June. There were around 20+ people and their luggage waiting to be taken back to the car park, yet there was only one vehicle available which had to travel back and forth. The driver said that another driver had not turned up. Not very professional !”

Thought it strange that you had to phone 20 minutes before arrival for further instructions when you arrive at Liverpool airport terminal.
We were told that one of the drivers would meet us and take the car from us.
Told to wait by the yellow submarine in the quick drop off and collect car park.
We had to pay the driver for collecting the car, he was late in arriving because the person who took the call didnt pass on the information to him. This cost £10 as the time was over 5 minutes, the same on return had to pay £6 to leave the pick up area.
Tried to check for this in the small print but couldn't find it.
Paid £16 extra to drop the car off and pick up again.
No complaint with the persons collecting / returning the car, they were very polite, but I do have an issue with the extra £16 we had to pay.
You should be able to drop off / pick up your car without financial penalty for doing so.
Will not use again.”

Thanks for your feedback. This car park moves your car from the drop off point at the airport, to the main car park 1 mile away so a couple of extra miles is to be expected.
“Good service but the car was covered in snow and ice at the rear of the car park upon my return. Nobody had bothered getting it ready for my return. I was also told I could not have an invoice due to the printer not working. Same reason given 4 days later when I returned. I will be choosing the official airport car park ib future. Although it's a bit more expensive it's a far more safer option. I suppose I should have realised you only get what you pay for in this world !!!!”

Sadly the amount of snow that came down in such a short space of time didn't allow the clearing of every car due to timing and logistical reasons which I am sure could be appreciated. If you had parked on the onsite car park, they wouldn't have moved any of it. If you still require an invoice, please email us and we can send this over for you.
“Driver that picked us was a lazy B*****d did not offer to lift anyone's luggage on to the bus, not only that he did not help me and I am an OAP he watched 2 middle aged ladies struggle to lift their cases. Don't think I will be using you again”
“I don’t very often mark a review as low but i’m am very annoyed how this parking company can be allowed to trade under false pretences.
It is not park n ride … there is no curtesy bus every 15 minutes at all. You have to walk. It may only be a 7/8 minute walk but when you have lots of luggage / perhaps pouring with rain / freezing or have walking issues this is very bad & illegal.
As soon as I asked how long we had to wait for the bus they said there isn’t one, there hasn’t been for many many months. I said they are selling falsly, i booked park & ride!!! The staff were fine but also really weren’t bothered.
I wish i’d paid an extra 12.00 to stay on the on-site airport car park as we walked back after our trip in stormy freezing heavy rain, absolutely drenched through ready for our 4 hour drive home 😫😫😫”
“On collecting our car it was obvious our car had been used in our absence. The seat positions had been changed, the dashboard settings had been changed, the steering wheel position has also been changed as well as the sun visors, head rests and radio settings. We had left the rear seat backs down for our suitcases, but these had been put back up and headrests moved. It appears the mileage on the car had also changed which is not in line with the car just being moved from inside to outside. I’m sure you are not insured to drive vehicles which are left in your safe keeping other than to move from inside/outside. Unfortunately due to this experience we will not be using your services again in future.”
I'm sorry to hear this. Cars, when they are parked at the car park, stay at the car park with all of our car park partners. They are moved on site and that is it, a maximum of a few hundred yards.
“We thought the initial drop off was efficient.however getting picked up was another story. We waited in the dark at 12.30am where it was cold and wet with two young children under five., for over an hour as there was only one driver with a large enough car to collect us. We stood and watched him drive back and forth three times. Another driver said it could take three of us but not six!!”

“Waited too long for pick up - was only myself to pickup . Waited 40 mins . Then needed to pay an extra £5 due to new fee being charged at the aurport . The card machine wasn’t working - had to rummage round in luggage for 10 mins to find £5 as they weren’t letting it go!

“When coming in, service was good and instructions were clear, we were dropped off by their van. However when coming back we were told to call them when we landed so they could pick us up. They were late by 45 mins and then told us they had been past the pick up point and we weren’t there, when we clearly was waiting in the correct spot. They lied because they were late and were dropping other passengers. They clearly lied and I found that really poor service on their part. Won’t be using them again.”

“There web site states they have a shuttle bus, they dont. They stopped it because the short stay car park has gon up to £5. They should take this off there web site because it is not true.”
