“I was lead to believe I would be picked up on return, the weather was awful I was soaked getting to the storage depot. In reflection I will pay the extra £10 the airport charge to park on next trip.”
“You get what you pay for. This was the cheapest option. We are a large family of 6 with lots of luggage and 4 small children so had to wait over 40mins for the buses to take EVERYONE before us which was really frustrating. We then had no time in the airport to gather our thoughts, we had to rush through and get straight on the plane. All forgotten until our arrival back, we followed the instructions and called for a ride but then had to wait nearly 1 hour in the cold and drizzle whilst people kept storming on the 1 available bus in front of us. I personally wouldn't use again, it's worth it to me to pay the little bit extra (which it is when you factor in the additional £5 charge) to use the official airport parking, when travelling as a family anyway which is already stressful AF.”
“Not very stright forward, not sure what car park supposed to be in. When we collected our car and approched the barrier to get out barrier would not open, apparently we parked in wrong car park for duration of our holiday and had to pay extra to get out.”
“Very friendly people. Price to park is very good also. Needs more shuttle buses. Had to wait 30 minutes at the airport due to not having enough buses.”
“Advertised as ‘park and ride’, no sign of a bus shuttle to the airport. However, this wasn’t a problem for us as we’ve parked here before and knew it was only a five minute walk to the airport.”
“Paid for meet and greet but was told on the day it wasn't available, even though we'd paid extra. So we had to get on a minibus which they tried to make us pay £5 extra for. We told them we'd paid for M&G so wasn't paying it.
On arrival we rang them for our car, they said we weren't down for M&G. We told them we have the receipt in our emails. Finally came, handed us the car and we then had to pay £5 to exit the car park. Not very good.”

Thanks for your feedback. This has been a recent change (in the last 2 weeks) from Liverpool Airport as to where they have their drop off / collection point.
“Transfer to liverpool airport was great. No problems. However pick up from drop off point didn't happen. Rang, and were told to go to a different location. Waited ages, and after another phone call we were collected. Told we should have received an email regarding change of pick up point. We weren't. Took over 1 hour after landing to get to our car.”
“Given wrong phone contacts, so when tried to ring once arrived back, mobile number was out of reach and no one picked up land line. I mentioned to the staff about it, but he didn’t seem bothered.”
“Arrival, processing and drive to Liverpool Airport highly satisfactory. However, the return on Saturday 13th July 2024 was problematic - a 30 minute wait for collection and return to the car. When the minibus did arrive, despite my partner and I being 2nd in the waiting queue, others who arrived at the pick-up zone far later ran for the minibus and just jumped in...just like the Italians do. Not a good advert for residents of Merseyside. We, however, with the driver bumped them off.
The car parking company need either a bigger minibus or another minibus and driver for times of peak demand.”

“Fine on the way there. Parked our car and then waited about 5 minutes to get picked up in their mini bus. Only a 5 minute journey to the airport, which was good. On the way back, the number we were given went to voicemail. Had to try a few times before we eventually got though. At 3am in the morning, we were a bit worried that we would be stuck there as we had no other way to contact them but they answered after about 20 minutes and from then we waited about 10 minutes to be picked up. On arrival at the car park, we found our car on the main road, unlocked.
Overall, not a bad experience, although could have been better on the way home. Unsure if we would use again.”
“going to airport was very good, coming back not so good, after phoning we seemed to be one of the last groups to be picked up, three of our group opted for the pick up closest to airport, whilst the other three took the longer option,mini bus arrived but had no portable step to assist step up so two sat in front. Another group of passengers couldnt get in so had to wait again for another vehicle, not very impressed, would use again with hopefully better results.”
“When we set of 20 minutes before we got to the airport, as per your instructions we rang the number provided, we could hear in the background some one saying what are they ringing now for!
We where met at the airport and my car was taken away.
On return when we came out of the airport no car I had to ring the number provided and they didn't seem to no anything, eventually after 20mins my car arrived.”
