“Fine on the way there. Parked our car and then waited about 5 minutes to get picked up in their mini bus. Only a 5 minute journey to the airport, which was good. On the way back, the number we were given went to voicemail. Had to try a few times before we eventually got though. At 3am in the morning, we were a bit worried that we would be stuck there as we had no other way to contact them but they answered after about 20 minutes and from then we waited about 10 minutes to be picked up. On arrival at the car park, we found our car on the main road, unlocked.
Overall, not a bad experience, although could have been better on the way home. Unsure if we would use again.”
“going to airport was very good, coming back not so good, after phoning we seemed to be one of the last groups to be picked up, three of our group opted for the pick up closest to airport, whilst the other three took the longer option,mini bus arrived but had no portable step to assist step up so two sat in front. Another group of passengers couldnt get in so had to wait again for another vehicle, not very impressed, would use again with hopefully better results.”
“When we set of 20 minutes before we got to the airport, as per your instructions we rang the number provided, we could hear in the background some one saying what are they ringing now for!
We where met at the airport and my car was taken away.
On return when we came out of the airport no car I had to ring the number provided and they didn't seem to no anything, eventually after 20mins my car arrived.”
Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this. This should not have happened. We will speak to the car park regarding this as to why the phone was going to the answer machine.
“Drop off at express carpark very good ..was told to go to same place coming back ..but the driver who dropped us did not inform us to say we were at express carpark .so stood for nearly hour in cold at 11pm and 3 phone calls later to them the guy came for us ..not a happy chappy and neither was I ..Ihr had been waiting at another car park for us . I told him nobody told us to phone and say we were at express carpark ..he drove us back to our cars like a maniac got out of minibus and swore at us saying don't tell me how to do my job !!! I had my four year old granddaughter she said that man is saying swear words nana .. absolutely disgusting attitude ..will not be using this firm again !!! The drivers should all be reading from the same page to avoid the mix up of the drop off points ..sadly one awful person can ruin the reputation..best get rid of him 😞”

“Very good going left car no problem and transfer to airport was already there so no waiting around. Coming back was a different story, phoned up to let them know we had arrived back but no one answered. So we made our way to pick up point to find a long queue and only 2 drivers working. We ended up waiting for 30-40 minutes in the cold & rain to be taken to our car.”
“I rang at 3am after I'd collected my luggage & before walking to the pickup point. I had to call again at 3.25 as I was still waiting for the vehicle to arrive! It came a few minutes later...I was not expecting to have to wait that long to be picked up.”
“Drop off and shuttle to airport was great and efficient. The pick up at 2:30am shuttle took time as several flights came in close together and there was only one shuttle bus on which took a few trips and we were waiting a while - but still good value for money and I will use the service again”
“Dropoff OK, had to ring twice on arrival, car took 15-25 minutes to arrive. Plane was scheduled to arrive at 23.45 but arrived early at 23.30 so that could be something to do with it.”
“When booked offered transfer service, arrived at 04.30 to be told to walk to airport. Granted it wasn't too far but would have been unacceptable if we had big suitcases or mobility problem. Need to ensure that when booking people are made aware of no transfers. If this had changed since I booked surely I should have been made aware and given the choice to cancel and book with carpark who offered the service I had paid for.”
“Staff were fine and helpful, instructions were clear and easy to follow. One slight issue was my cars offside front wheel has been scraped and this was not there at drop off. I arrived late and in the dark to collect and only noticed the following day”
“Good value but the directions given to find it were awful. I ended up in the wrong car park which I had to then pay to leave! Therefore it didn’t work out so cheap.”
