“Booked parking price was reasonable until they then factor in £5 if they drop you off at airport, no indication on website u have pay fir the transfer . I couldn’t walk as I had my granddaughter with me and two heavy cases and cabin cases . On my return which was after midnight I rang the mobile number they gave me but it was switched off , I then tried the office number nobody answered, I had to walk along the airport road then along the duel carriageway to the car park alone. I was distressed and very anxious especially as there were not many people about . I will definitely pay more and park in the airport next time, not worth the stress and anxiety I endured as a lone traveller”
