On arrival my booking could not be found, had to pay again in cash

Thanks for your feedback. Car parks receive notification of your booking straight away. If you'd shown them copy of your booking confirmation email, that would have shown as proof and they would have been able to find your booking.

I pre paid for this parking a month before using it. On the morning it did not work as it said pre booking didn’t need a ticket. There was no one to speak to and the only way to get in was to get a ticket. When leaving my outstanding balance was 85 pound to pay on Christmas Eve even though it says 45 pound on the sign and this was on top on the 45 pound I have previously paid. So in total I paid £130 pound to park for 2 nights!!

Thanks for your feedback. After looking into this, you went to the long stay car park and parked there, rather than the drop off point to meet the driver who would take your car to the car park, then bring it back on your return. I.e. you parked in the wrong place and didn't call the driver on the contact number provided on your booking confirmation email which is not the fault of Parking Up or the car parking provider.

The parking company doesn’t have the right dates for us. Also the booking included a shuttle bus to and from the airport from the car park. We were told the shuttle had been cancelled as airport charges. And told to walk in the bad weather and we have mobility issues. Really poor customer service and care.

I'm sorry to hear this. We have checked with the car park, and they had the same dates that we had on the booking that you made. We will be speaking to them as to why the shuttle was not available, as this is a park and ride service that you booked.

No signage didn’t find and used long stay car park which cost me a lot more

Thanks for your comments. The car park is visible from the main road and is lit up with lights. Did you give the car park a call for directions? I'm sorry you were unable to find it on this occasion.

Avoid at all cost. Better book directly with the airport company website. This agency didn't provide me with an email of confirmation, instruction or any guidance. When I got there very early in the morning. I couldn't find anything that it says where or how I can park. I just wnt to the long stay car park site parked and on my return paid £105

We phoned number 20 minutes before arrival as instructed to . "What do you want" was the answer, then told to phone back 5 minutes before arrival. Called 4 times no answer, on 5th time ( we had arrived) was answered by a man who said should have phoned earlier. Then to be told of a £10 surcharge for carpark, he said it was on booking form I showed him it wasn't he said not his problem. Never use again

Arrived at the Imagine car lot expecting to be taken to the airport as I had booked Meet & Greet. Told by the employee that I would have to drive myself and drop off bags then return and then walk back, it was only a 3 minute walk. The attendant said he was on his own. I said I've paid for a service and not receiving what I had paid for. His attitude was indifferent bordering on aggressive. He eventually realised that I had booked Meet & Greet and came with us to the airport. I had to pay the exit fee of £5 as he drove my car away. I won't be using them again!

There was no transport to the airport, the reception said the vehicle was off the road due to the council. We had to drag our luggage a good 7min walk across main roads to arrivals. The car park is not secure it’s just a unit of many within an industrial estate. We arrived back at 0100hrs and walked back to the car park and the gates were wide open to the industrial estate with no security. To us it just looked like someone had setup in a unit within an industrial estate of many units and called it a secure car parking facility. No idea where our car was parked.

I'm sorry to hear this. We will take this up with the car park as we were unaware that their vehicles were off the road. This car park has been parking cars for over 15 years securely and is very reliable, and reputable. Your car park will have been parked within their car park.

The man at the reception desk was very rude and made me feel like an inconvenience on the collection of my car he was very disrespectful and tried to intimidate me. I was alone (women ) in front of 2 male customers

I returned to find my car had been damaged!!!!!!!!!!!! The guy at reception wasn't fussed and told me to email, I emailed this address and was told to contact another. Waiting for a reply

Absolutely shocking service, would never use again. Did not receive the service I paid for and staff were very rude, over half an hour late when returning car even though we paid for meet and greet. That was not the only issue but too many to mention

Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this with the car park you parked with. There should not be any swearing. The car park have been parking cars at Liverpool airport for over 15 years, they are a reputable company. We will be in touch with the car park to understand what has happened.

Firstly we were charged £5 to be dropped at the terminal instead of £4 as per the invoice!! Secondly it looked like we paid for the other passengers as well as we all dropped at the terminal!! But only we were charged. At the time of checking in the car the receptionist completed the wrong time of our return flight!! Which we pointed out- his response don’t worry about it. When we returned we called the mobile number we were given, which told us the number is not available, we eventually found the head office number. Instructed to walk towards the meeting point!! When we arrived back at the compound we were told next time can you provide the correct arrival time by the another receptionist, we explained what had happened on the day we dropped and it wasn’t our fault!!! Not even an apology for getting the information wrong at their end !!

They had to use my vehicle to drop us off at the airport. It took 10 mins to contact them using both numbers to come and pick us up to get our car. They finally answered and said they would bring our car to us. When they finally arrived the driver got out of the car and said ok as he walked off. I thought it strange he didn’t want a lift back. I loaded the suitcases and got in the car to drive home. The front drivers side wheel was making a terrible noise as I took off. I first thought it may have been a stone in the brake calliper. There was a smell of burning rubber so I got out to look at the front wheel to find a snapped spring and the top half was resting on the tyre. Unable to drive home and needing the RAC which turned out to be another nightmare.

Not Happy at all, payed for parking online, to find when I dropped car off i was asked for extra £5, with no explanation, was told to meet there to get the car on return, to pay another £5, and the guy laughed at us as we were fuming. This was not made clear when purchasing this meet and greet, will not be using this service again.
