awful from start to finish Firstly couldnt find the very small yard that you park in, then we went to board transfer and the driver was very rude we had to put the kids on our laps as not enough room, on arrival at airport if you wanted to get close you pay a extra £4 for the bus im disabaled and had young children and think this is disgusting as was quite a walk. The driver also said on arrival you might not all be allowed back on the bus and only one person goes to collect car for then my husband to come back to collect us , he also told us we shouldnt all gone to the parking place and my husband should have dropped us all at airport with luggage first to save room on the bus with no children. Looking at paperwork it doesnt state this. Also a few miles had been used in my car so where did ou park it ? I have wrote a complaints email with not a single achknowledgement .

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this and for the inconvenience caused. We will speak to the car park regarding this as the transfer bus is designed for all passengers to be together. Your car won't have had a few miles added. It is only moved a maximum of a few hundred yards (between reception and the main parking area in the car park)

Dropping off at airport was fine easy to find location. Collection from airport was a very different matter disorganised waited at least half an hour for us to be collected not ideal at 3am in morning. Would not use this car park service again.

First of all the directions to carpark are nowhere near the carpark they take you to middle of a road and say you have arrived at your destination, only 1 clapped out transit van to pick up about 40 people so left waiting for ages to get a lift back, car was parked in the street not locked up when it’s supposed be in a locked compound, and when questioned why it’s not locked and middle of the street we got a load of abuse will never ever use this company again stay clear and find somewhere else!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. Your car was definitely stored in our secure car park, not in the middle of a street. I'm sorry you had issues with the directions. The address / post code brings you directly to the car park.

Jesus christ what a a bunch of rude unprofessional staff of what little was there had Mr magoo looking for my keys for 2 hours I only noticed how blind he was when he stood 2 foot away from my car and said where is it !!and he's incharge of everyone's keys never ever ever again will I use this farce of a company to even park my go cart pffft

When i dropped the car off and waited for the transfer shuttle, I noticed a member of staff drive my car off site. I assumed it was a temporary measure until more space was freed up in the secure car park. However, when I returned a week later and picked up my key, I was told my car was parked on the street around the corner, basically on an industrial estate. I could have parked it there myself (not that I would have!). I won't be using them again and will make sure friends and family don't either.

Thank you for your feedback. We will speak to the car park regarding this, as it is a secure car park (as you can see when you drive in) that you had parked in and cars do not get taken off site so I'm not sure who has told you this information.

Didn't have any problems when departured from Liverpool, car park easily and transfer was quick and efficient. Problem arised when arrived, I had to leave children alone in airport car park! Go and take my car and drive back to the airport to pick up children and luggage . Woman was very unprofessional, shouting and unpolite. Said :you paid just for car parking, shuffle is free! Won't use again

I paid for a Meet and Greet service only to find, on the day when telephoning them to arrange a meeting time, that Imagine ask you to drop off and collect the car in the Short Stay Car Park. This was fine, on the face of it, but I was then told by their operative that I would need to pay the £5 charge to let him out of the Car Park. When the car was dropped off, I had to pay my own exit from the same car park. Not as advertised!

Couldn’t fault this service on the way out, very accommodating with having a baby with us. On the way home very different story RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, POOR TIMEKEEPING then drove like an idiot with a baby on the bus with no car seat!!! Threatened to kick us off, seems this is a recurring issue as I’ve read other reviews. Telling us they don’t collect inside the airport yet on my email says can pay £4 to be collected inside… if your running a business a providing a service a little more professionalism is NEEDED!!!

Well give my car for 10 days came bk received it bk with birds poo all over my car anyway got home after 2 hrs of driving checked my car my Aftershave was missing my deodorant was missing and som1 obviously went through my glove department and my armrest when I contacted them they said we sorry we don’t know we will get bk to you asap called bk few hrs later they said if u need to complain ring or email the company we cannot help you left my car with THIEVING C_____… will not ever use em again ….. BAD EXPERIENCE… AND PLZ DONT USE THEM THEY ARE THIEFS WHO GO THROUGH YOUR STUFF WHEN U LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THEM

I wasn’t given directions and couldn’t find the car park on my arrival so had to go in the airport car park at a cost of £90

Could not find entrance to car park so therefore had to go and park in the short term car park opposite the airport due to time constraint thereby costing me £174 in total when I returned

Thanks for your feedback. The entrance for Imagine is just before the roundabout at the airport. Did you try contacting the car park via telephone so they could give you directions?

Arrived and went into the building to drop off car keys. Building was filled with cigarette smoke, man was very abrupt and no welcome or greeting. Dropped us off at free car park section by Shelter and told us to wait there for our return trip after phoning them on arrival back into Airport. On our return did exactly as instructed- called them at 12.10am, they said they were on their way to collect us. Still waiting to be picked up at 12.40am! (It's a 5 min journey for them). Rang them again and had a very rude man on phone - asking me "well where are you waiting". I replied "where you told me to wait when I was dropped off the other day". "I never dropped you off love" was his reply. My plane had landed an hour ago by this time and it was very cold to be outside for that length of time. Would not recommend at all. Very disorganised and a severe lack of customer care. Major training and improvements needed. Had used previously 7 years ago and had a great experience then (when depot was on Speke Boulevard). Gone seriously downhill since then unfortunately. Will not be using again 😥.

The car park that you booked with have been parking cars at Liverpool Airport for over 16 years so all should have been OK. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused on this occasion.

Everything was great, waited about 15 mins before we got on the minibus and paid extra £5 to the driver for entering to the drop off point closer to the airport, because of large cases
