“When i dropped the car off and waited for the transfer shuttle, I noticed a member of staff drive my car off site. I assumed it was a temporary measure until more space was freed up in the secure car park. However, when I returned a week later and picked up my key, I was told my car was parked on the street around the corner, basically on an industrial estate. I could have parked it there myself (not that I would have!). I won't be using them again and will make sure friends and family don't either.”
Thank you for your feedback. We will speak to the car park regarding this, as it is a secure car park (as you can see when you drive in) that you had parked in and cars do not get taken off site so I'm not sure who has told you this information.

“Didn't have any problems when departured from Liverpool, car park easily and transfer was quick and efficient. Problem arised when arrived, I had to leave children alone in airport car park! Go and take my car and drive back to the airport to pick up children and luggage . Woman was very unprofessional, shouting and unpolite. Said :you paid just for car parking, shuffle is free! Won't use again”

“I paid for a Meet and Greet service only to find, on the day when telephoning them to arrange a meeting time, that Imagine ask you to drop off and collect the car in the Short Stay Car Park. This was fine, on the face of it, but I was then told by their operative that I would need to pay the £5 charge to let him out of the Car Park. When the car was dropped off, I had to pay my own exit from the same car park. Not as advertised!”

“Couldn’t fault this service on the way out, very accommodating with having a baby with us. On the way home very different story RUDE, AGGRESSIVE, POOR TIMEKEEPING then drove like an idiot with a baby on the bus with no car seat!!! Threatened to kick us off, seems this is a recurring issue as I’ve read other reviews. Telling us they don’t collect inside the airport yet on my email says can pay £4 to be collected inside… if your running a business a providing a service a little more professionalism is NEEDED!!!”

“Arrived and went into the building to drop off car keys. Building was filled with cigarette smoke, man was very abrupt and no welcome or greeting. Dropped us off at free car park section by Shelter and told us to wait there for our return trip after phoning them on arrival back into Airport. On our return did exactly as instructed- called them at 12.10am, they said they were on their way to collect us. Still waiting to be picked up at 12.40am! (It's a 5 min journey for them). Rang them again and had a very rude man on phone - asking me "well where are you waiting". I replied "where you told me to wait when I was dropped off the other day". "I never dropped you off love" was his reply. My plane had landed an hour ago by this time and it was very cold to be outside for that length of time. Would not recommend at all. Very disorganised and a severe lack of customer care. Major training and improvements needed. Had used previously 7 years ago and had a great experience then (when depot was on Speke Boulevard). Gone seriously downhill since then unfortunately. Will not be using again 😥.”

Thanks for your feedback. Car parks receive notification of your booking straight away. If you'd shown them copy of your booking confirmation email, that would have shown as proof and they would have been able to find your booking.
“I pre paid for this parking a month before using it. On the morning it did not work as it said pre booking didn’t need a ticket. There was no one to speak to and the only way to get in was to get a ticket. When leaving my outstanding balance was 85 pound to pay on Christmas Eve even though it says 45 pound on the sign and this was on top on the 45 pound I have previously paid. So in total I paid £130 pound to park for 2 nights!!”

After looking into this, you went to the long stay car park and parked there, rather than the drop off point to meet the driver who would take your car to the car park, then bring it back on your return. I.e. you parked in the wrong place and didn't call the driver on the contact number provided on your booking confirmation email which is not the fault of Parking Up or the car parking provider.
“The parking company doesn’t have the right dates for us.
Also the booking included a shuttle bus to and from the airport from the car park.
We were told the shuttle had been cancelled as airport charges.
And told to walk in the bad weather and we have mobility issues.
Really poor customer service and care.”
I'm sorry to hear this. We have checked with the car park, and they had the same dates that we had on the booking that you made. We will be speaking to them as to why the shuttle was not available, as this is a park and ride service that you booked.
