“This was a total disaster.
We're probably going to get a ticket because we had to ask for directions, then when we found the car park the ticket machine said welcome Mrs Bentham but the barrier didn't lift and no ticket came out.
We had to ring for assistance and give them our booking reference number and they said we wasn't booked in. Luckily there was a maintenance man around who manually opened the barrier after 15 mins of arguing with them.
A total disaster and I'll not use this service again!”

I'm not sure why they said you weren't booked in, when clearly you were was the machine welcomed you by your name after the ANPR camera would have picked up on your car registration. Thanks for your feedback. You should have not paid anything further if you parked between the times on your booking as you had prepaid. You will be entitled to get a refund from the airport for this. Please contact them quoting your booking reference from ourselves to get this sorted.
“The date of my return was not put on the slip and had to look through every key on the board then had to be taken off site to collect it which took about two hours after i had landed and only a mumbled apology”

“Absolutely a joke! Very poor customer service when things go wrong. Was waiting for half an hour for a van to pick my family from airport. They have never arrived. Supposed to be a few minutes service only. Plus they charge extra fiver on top of your booking so it might not be the best value for money!”

As soon as you place the booking on our website, the car park are made aware of your booking, and in your case with the car park you booked at, your registration is loaded onto their ANPR system so that you can drive through the entry barrier. “The driver picking us up at the airport was extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and rude. He was not willing to help us load our luggage in the car, he rather watched us struggle and try to fit it ourselves. He did not even had room in the car for both of us, but he made us squeeze in to one seat, making all the other passengers uncomfortable as well. Worst transfer experience ever.”

“totally disatisfied, the transfer transport advertised did not exist and had not been available since Covid.
my wife and I in our seventies had to drag the cases through the snow to get to the airport. Taxis apparently wil not do transfers over such a short distance. Never again.”
“Unprofessional in the extreme. I followed the instructions to the letter on arriving back to Liverpool Airport. I even called twice to make absolutely sure I was stood in the right place. I was. What they didn't say was the vehicle could be behind 10 other taxis /pick up buses with no distinguishing logo Barr a small one only seen sideways on. Stood iehete instructed 43 minutes until I decided to wander from where instructed to wait and by chance see it. I had kept my eyes peeled the whole time. When I mentioned it to the driver he immediately accused me of lying. Sensing he was hostile I thought I'd mention it in reception instead. Again I was aggressively accused of lying. When I said I had the calls on my phone to prove I wasn't lying. I was told I was stood in the wrong place. I said I rang to check where to stand. Then he shouted at me F+?# Oxf!! And don't come back!! My jaw dropped.. Not the kind off people I want to be trusting my car to?? If you read trip adviser reviews they are very scathing & very shocking of this firm. AVOID!!! So mistrustful of the people running this firm are of this firm was Ii felt the need to thankfully inform/update that I am no longer at the address address I was at. Probably trading standards should be contacted.”

“Got to give a star and on my experience 1 star is probably about right as was advertised as transport to and from the airport that is no longer available i should have received information about this and offered to cancel with full refund or been offered at a lower price but had neither options very poor advertising”
“Recently parked my car there, inside the building.. 45 mins later I got an alert to my car that it had been bumped (360 shield alert)
No 1 informed me and when I returned to collect car it was dark and couldnt check damage.. nxt day I checked car and it was filthy like it been drove off road, clean car to find small damage, called up to get no answer.. parked here many times for over ten years, but bet much doubt I will again”
“This is not a meet and greet car park, when we arrived we were told we had to walk to the terminal because they had nobody to transfer us even though we had an austic person in there pyjamas. The site is offsite not in the terminal and you also have to pay additional fees if a transfer is available. If your car is parked outside there is a sign saying that they are not responsible for your car or any damage.
Absolutely unbelievable charging meet and greet prices utter disgrace and deception.

When on a business trip unable to add into existing invoice as it already has been issued.
