“I am some what confused, as I sent you an email, explaining that I was not able to use your faci8lities, as unable to travel to Turkey, due to my sister fracturing her leg prior to the date leaving and she ended up in hospital. Having a major operation So our holiday was cancelled, Obviously you dont read your emails. My parking fee waswasted!!!”

“I have used Jet Parks 3 twice now, and each time the process has been quick and efficient. The parking area is secure and the shuttle bus to and from the airport are frequent with polite and helpful drivers.”
“The staff were pleasant, but I do not recommend using this car park because my vehicle was taken out for a private trip! There was a difference of about 4 miles on the odometer; someone tried to turn off the dashcam but only blocked the recording of the return leg, so the footage from July 2, 2026, at 11:57 PM—the night before I returned—was preserved. I had been certain my car was safe, but I was proven wrong. This is outrageous and completely undermines trust in the company. I will never use this car park again.”
Thank you for your feedback. We will speak to the car park operator regarding this as your car is only moved between the reception area, and main car park, then back again on your arrival back for your car.
