“The way the information was provided made me assume I was looking for a sign with "Parking Up" on it. I ended up driving into the long stay car park and had to press the buzzer and speak to an attendance for clarification which led me to be worried that I'd gone into the wrong car park and would have to pay a fee to get out. Thankfully I was in the right car park.
Can I suggest an amendment to your communications:
Make it clearer that the Long Stay Car park is where your customers should head to.
