“Great service provided. Even when i had to make two changes to my original booking. I.e., I extended my stay by one day and, I changed my car registration plate. Very simple online process. And, everything about the experience was straightforward and seamless. Thank you.”
“I will never use this company ever again. It was fine dropping the car off and trip to airport.
The pick up was a different story, I was left at the airport for over an hour and kept getting told to wait my turn very rude and horrible. I had 3 children with me one who is autistic and has seizure's I told him this and got told there is 12 people in front of you wait your turn . I had to get a taxi after an hour and still not having my name on the list.
The man was so rude to me on the phone.

“Very good took good care of everything and picking key up on return and letting us know where are car was parked was done very efficiently and car was close to exit, no long walk to find it.
Have used Sentinel a few times and would thoroughly recommend them.
