“Used them before and no issues but this time not as good. Drop off was easy with car and quick drive to airport on minibus. Coming back wasn’t good tho- rang when we got bags as instructed and told minibus would be on way. Arrived soon after but as only an 8 seater, others in front got in and left loads behind. Driver said he doesn’t pick up by name or who rang first, just who gets in. Rang office and they told us they only had one bus on that night. It was nearly 2pm when we got on the 3rd bus (Rang them at 1.10am). No organisation at the pick up point and felt sorry for driver as was getting grief off people he had to leave behind. Should have either a bigger minibus or they pick up those by name who ring first, or even just a designated queueing point. Won’t use again.”
“We arrived and getting the airport run smoothly but unfortunately coming home was a nightmare and stressful, there was only one mini bus that only seated 8 people and about 40 people waiting for it at 1.30 in the morning ,there was no system of first come first served just everyone pushing to get on so we will not recommend or use your service again which is a shame”
“Dropped car,paid 5£ and bus took us to the airport in 5 mins.Came back from a holidays one hour earlier,called and no one has answered the phone 3 times.I left mesaage and i walked for
25 mins at 2 am to pick up my car.Plus was car was parked just at the office ready for me.”
“In2 car park - On arrival, all was satisfactory and the transfer vehicle took us straight to the airport. On the return journey, when we arrived back at the car park, the driver got out after automatically opening the boot, then left us trying to open the door to get out. He was no where to be seen. We eventually got out of the vehicle and got our own cases out the boot. We just felt that your driver was quite ignorant. It has put us off using your service again.”
“From start to finish excellent. Taken to airport within 5 minutes of dropping off car, picked up within 3 minutes of making the phone call at 1.30 am. All for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again”
