“I paid for the parking then wanted to cancel it says on your website free cancellation I tried to cancel and was told I had to give 48 hours notice I only paid the day before I don’t think you should advertise free cancellation as thst wasent the case also I tried several times to call the number on the website and no body answered”
Thank you for your feedback. We do offer free cancellation up until 24 hours before arrival. I'm not sure which number you called, as we operate by LiveChat or emails. If a cancelation request had come in more than 24 hours before arrival, we would have been able to cancel your booking.
“Excellent, both guys running the place was very helpful, very polite and friendly. Recommended for people who spends lots of money for drop off and pickup by taxis, please just fill up the online format, travel time just drop your car , they will drop u off at airport in 10 minutes. When back just call them , they will pick you and bring next to your car very safely.

“Have used Parking Up every time we fly from Liverpool. This time all went fine except when collected at airport car park we had to wait half hour before two buses turned up. We were a family of 5 and had to be split up due to others who came straight out airport and straight onto buses. Some consideration should be considered when it’s young families being collected after long flights. Also driver was not in a good mood and didn’t want to wait on other cars moving so decided to go quicker ways round car park to avoid them but ended up being in an argument with a taxi driver. Not a good way to run a business”

“Easy to find the car park itself. A bit more difficult to find a car in a green zone. The locker for the key was too small and my key was stuck in it- or maybe somebody had put it the wrong way”
