“Easy to book via this site and very helpful when I needed to change the time of arrival into the car park . Not happy with the car park that was booked but that is another review on the car park site. I cannot fault Parking up with the booking process but maybe they need to make checks on the car parks they are using as this may have an impact on future bookings. I will not be using this site again due to the issues with the car park I was booked into. I was not aware that Parking up are just a booking agent.”
“On arrival the staff were very friendly. Once the car was dropped off we were immediately taken to the airport. Clear instructions were given regarding our return and collection.
On our return the driver picked us uo within 5 minutes of calling him. Again collection of our vehicle was immediate. Will definitely use these again”
“Usually excellent, however, this time I had to fly home a few days early. I sent a text msg asking for my car to be ready. A few hours later, I rang. I was told "no problem" when I landed, the poor chap on shift hadn't been told & had a stressful time finding 4 sets of keys and moving other cars to get mine out. Well done & thank you but shame on your colleagues.”
