“It’s not clear where to park. Trying to find it was difficult the postcode is not correct. It sends you off somewhere else. The spaces in the car park are so crammed that it’s impossible to get out”
Thanks for your feedback. The car park you parked in control their parking by ANPR so if you had gone over the time, they automatically charge you. If you press the help button and speak to the attendant, they often help out in these situations. We will be in touch separately to see if we can help with your delayed flight.
“The barrier didn't rise to let me in on arrival or when we left. The staff however were very efficient, they took my registration number and surname and opened the barrier on both occasions. Very short walk to the terminal, no other complaints 😊”
