“Dropping off the car was very simple and it's just a five minute walk to the airport. My plans changed whilst I was away and so I emailed to say I would be back the day later than I had booked. I got a quick response saying no problem. The staff are all very friendly. I would recommend them.”
“Carpark good itself, but staff a bit rude, when Ive asked about a keyring, which was attached to key. I can understand the policy of not taking responsibility of any additional keys, but I was not a key. I work at the airport meet and greet team myself. We ask the customers politely to give us a key only, there is no need of of comments "Read the terms and conditions, it might help".”
“On return to our early morning flight (1.15am) we rang as to where the bus was to be told it was there , well it wasn't. Then a mini bus did turn up and after asking several white mini buses found the one, which did not have any indication it belonged to Parking Up. There driver didn't attempt to help us with our luggage for him to tell us when we got in he could couldn't help as he was on crutches, so why was he driving ? In the first place. It looked like a spare bit of land set up by an unprofessional set of individuals. So would not nor would we will recommend this company.”
