“Had to wait 40 minutes to be picked up at 2am in a freezing Liverpool.and on arrival each couple had to pay £5 for dropping off as it cost £5 for barrier to open yet there was four couples and we all had to pay the £5.will not be using again”

“On arriving back to jetparks 3 at 2.30 Tuesday morning in the early hours we found there were no lights on where we had parked our car, bus stop 99 V9 we could hardly see in front of us and dragging our cases over rought ground with no lights to see by was not good. I at age 74 was not impressed by this at all as I stumbled twice nearly falling to the ground.”
