“Parcel direct were wonderful , they collected my parcel from home and delivered it to Fiji. The only delay was customs in Fiji. I had previously sent items (3) to Fiji by registered post but none arrived. Top marks to Parcel direct”

“Service is overall very good. All practical. However I got some trouble while filling the information to schedule the collection. Phone numbers weren't accepted if they were mobile. Also the destination address was amazon returns department which didn't have a phone, so I just grabbed one from the matrix.”

Generally, the number is a very useful thing for couriers as it is a means of contact if the driver can't find the location, but in this situation where you are sending it to Amazon returns, there won't be an issue as the driver will have made plenty of deliveries here. “- easy to use website - the driver brings stickers, so no printing needed - brilliant online tracking; it is constantly updated - it looked like parcel would be delivered after 4 working days as promised, but for some unknown reason it went back to the sorting center where it is sitting for the last 3 days - no contact has been made yet, very disappointed, it started out so well”
