“Absolutely shocking service. STAY CLEAR because when something goes wrong they have no intention of sorting it out! Used this service to have bike luggage collected and when it arrived one was damaged (not useble without repair) and when I reported that the delivery company signed for it without my consent, they said they would lodge a claim (I only asked for the amount of the repair) They have been making poor excuses ever since and dont respond to emails or phonecalls now. Was told it would take 8 to 10 weeks, its now past week 23!!! This company is a con and hold no weight, go directly to the couriers as you have more rights and customer support that will sort issues out. Worst service I have ever dealt with. You have been warned!!!!”

“Used ParcelDirect.ie to send a package to the UK, for the first time, this week. The booking process was quick and easy. The “collection” option was great, at such a low price. One really good point to note - the GLS driver missed me on collection day, as I had briefly left the house. He was extremely accommodating, and came by the next day instead, to collect the box. Excellent service overall. I’ll update this review based on delivery at the other end.”

“I am delighted to discover Parceldirect. Had been using An post which was very bothersome - terrible opening hours and did not accept company credit card so all parcels had to be expensed and reimbursed. Unbelievable value with parcel direct - both in Ireland and the UK.”
