“I am very impressed with Parcel Directs parcel service. The website is very easy to navigate and it only took a few minutes to complete the shipping form. The instructions provided on labeling my package were clear and easy to follow. The price was very competitive and my parcel was picked up early on the arranged collection day by a very friendly FedEx staff member. I will use this service again for sure and I look forward to my care package being delivered safely to my nephew who is in college in Atlanta, Georgia. A very pleasant shipping experience overall.”

“My Parcel was collected 12.20 on a Tuesday and was delivered to England on the Thursday of same week at 11.30. Very impressed with ease of booking and paying for parcel online. Collection quick and easy, very impressed , will be recommending them to anyone looking to send parcel.Thank you.”

“Ordered and paid a premium for a courier pick up, the envelope to be delivered next day to the UK. Ripped off, tracking now shows delivery scheduled in 4 days. I contacted parcel direct to be told someone would ring me back, which they did. Trouble is after explaining yet again the problem I was told they would get on to the courier and let me know....still waiting, The best of it is this happened the last time I used parcel direct and exactly the same happened last time....it was only after hearing the "manager" that I remembered the previous run around they gave me. Maybe this company is okay for unscheduled/guaranteed delivery's but steer clear of premium products..... ps Please don't bother entering me in any prize draws for this review!”

“10/10 I sent my 5kg printer from Ireland to Spain. The first delivery guy was really nice, I could follow up my parcel everyday without no problem. I called one day to customer service to ask when this would arrive and the girl was super fast answering the phone and she informed me very accurate about the arrival day. Today I got my parcel and the delivery guy here in Spain was incredibly nice too!! I will ALWAYS use this service for the future parcels I need to send to Spain or Ireland. Thanks!!!”
