“I paid for 2 boxes in error instead of 1. When I noticed this I contacted parceldirect customer service. They replied to me within minutes to refund charge for second box. Amazing customer service.”

“They arranged collection and delivery of a box of tile, which arrived to my home in bits, every tile in the box was smashed to pieces. When I for refund for delivery cost and cost of tiles I was told I had to wait 12 weeks while they process the claim with the courier. The courier rejected the claim saying it was tracked and signed for, my mother in law signed for it and the driver left the box in the same place I opened it, just inside the door. now I have to go to small claims court to get my money back Neil”
