“Courier failed to turn up to collect on 19th November and it’s now linch time on 20th with no concrete update on whether they’ll arrive. Damaging to my small business. Would not recommend this service.”

“Web site easy to navigate. Choice of Courier Companies...very competitive prices and I mean very..I rang Parcel Direct and the Phone was answered immediately..This very seldom happens with other Companies so 10/10 for Customer Services.The receptionest was very pleasent,courteous and knowledgeable.I even got a call back which I did not expect.100%to that young Lady.So,as you may deduce,I am very happy with my experience of Parcels Direct.It was my first visit to this Company and it most definitely will not be the last”

“Booked Parcel Direct to collect my parcel to deliver to the UK. They were supposed to collect on Monday 16th .... I waited all day, rang the company just after 4 and was advised that it would be collected before 5.30pm or it would be given priority collection on Tuesday. I was forced to take a second days holidays, waited all day, rang the company and was reassured that it would be collected by 5.30pm which it was not. I cancelled the booking and booked with another courier service. Horrendous service.”

“Superb service. I usually use the postal service to post items to loved ones in Canada but it can take two months and it does cost too much for that length of time. I sent a parcel with FedEx via Parcel Direct and couldn’t recommend them more. Parcel arrived in 5 days and I was able to track it the whole way. Well worth it.”

“This Collection and Delivery was absolutely seamless. Parcel collected at my home on 9th November and Delivered Alberta Canada 0n 16th. I cannot praise Parcel Direct enough. Well done. The tracking system was easy to follow and extremely informative. This is an excellent service and good value. 5/5 stars”

“Having struggled through many a courier website I was so happy to find the Parcel Direct site! It's remarkably easy to navigate and gives great value for money - I saved on postage from my very first delivery. Very happy. I would heartily recommend this service!”

“The drop-off point listed on the website does not acccept parcels. I found this out to my horror because I popped in to purchase something and explained I'd be back in the morning with a parcel for URGENCT collection. To be told they didn't do parcels. I couldn't find a telephone number for them so emailed them TWICE to ask them to ring me. I'm still waiting. The administrative effort involved in trying to get my money returned seems like a hill that is too difficult to climb just at this moment. So very disappointed”

“Wish I could recommend this company but having waited ALL day for a collection I’ve now been told at 4.45pm that it will be tomorrow!! I understand there is huge demand for courier services at the moment but if you can’t guarantee a collection day it needs to be specified at the time of booking and payment.....not in tiny print in terms and conditions. Sorry but won’t use you again which is a shame.”
