“Got this link via email immediately after I placed my order yesterday. Collection time was to be today between 9am and 5.30pm, I have had no communication with any updates or expected delays. First time to use parceldirect.ie and it may well be the last! Elizabeth 13/11/20”

“Very pleased with ParcelDirect.ie, the service is outstanding, very easy to order online and get packaging labels. Courier came and picked up the parcel on the day as agreed. My brother received the package promptly. Will definitely use ParcelDirect again and recommend to everyone. What a great service, from my laptop to delivery was so easy and quick. “To whom it may concern, It gives me great pleasure to respond to your request. I needed to send three boxes of clothes and personal effects to my daughter in Geneva and contacted your service. From the very first phone call of five - I must have driven your staff crazy with my questions, I had nothing but courtesy from both Ruth and Michael. They were so patient and helpful to a non-techie old woman that I cannot speak highly enough of them. I will always recommend Parcel Direct to anyone I know that needs a courier service. The icing on the cake is that the boxes were collected here yesterday afternoon at 4.30 pm and my daughter was expecting them to arrive before the weekend. However, she rang me this morning at 9 o'clock to say that they had actually arrived in her apartment! Door to door in sixteen hours - what an amazing service. “Fabulous service. The site is so user friendly which is an absolute bonus as so many competitor sites are a mind field!! “I needed to send a parcel from Dublin to Kildare. I spent 45min on competitors websites (I even called a few, who directed me back to the website) but I found their websites impossible to navigate through, especially if you were not a 'client'. I then came across parcel direct. I booked a collection for Dublin and delivery to Kildare for under €30 (a steal) in 5 minutes. I have book marked the website. Job done!”

“I've order courier, but unfortunately he didn't showed up on the date they promised. He came the next day. No email, no any information about collection. I had to email and ask when can I expect courier 🤷”
