“What a fabulous service! Our parcel was collected at our door in Cork on Wed. 18th Nov and arrived at our daughter's house in Australia on Tues. Nov. 24th! Will definitely use this service again. Thank you”

“First time to use and found staff pleasant when I have had to ring on number of 0ccasions to know why parcel not collected after 3 days waiting had to cancel and fine another courier service”

“Excellent service I suppose the only complaint I have is the collection was a day late which meant I had to stay in all day on the allocated day.. A phone call would be a good idea..”

“Booked and paid for this service a month ago and as per the order the parcel was to be collected 28-10-2020 between 9am and 5.30pm By end of day the parcel not collected. Emailed company, no reply.... When they did contact me I advise them I was cancelling my order and requested a refund to which they responded with sincere apologies and confirmed refund would be made within 5-10 working days. Despite several emails to customer service, with commitments to get the issue resolved, I have still not received my refund of €52 - SHOCKING! Not only did they not deliver their own service, they are now withholding my money! Goes without saying will not use again”

“I FOUND THE WHOLE PROCESS TO BE VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD. THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE IS CLEAR AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. HAVING A PARCEL COLLECTED AND DELIVERED FROM ONE HOUSE TO ANOTHER IS GREAT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PARCEL DIRECT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.”

“Service was great; the driver who collected the parcel from our house is a gentleman and when he saw my wife in her uniform; he even asked if she is a nurse and thanked her for the service all the frontliners has done during this tough time. My wife thanked him too; without the couriers and warehousing business we wont be able to receive our online orders etc. Well done parcel direct, our parcel arrives in Germany the following day. Thank you.”

“Courier failed to turn up to collect on 19th November and it’s now linch time on 20th with no concrete update on whether they’ll arrive. Damaging to my small business. Would not recommend this service.”
