“It's a joke of a service, my parcel supposed to be collected four days ago and am still waiting, two phone calls to your customer service and every time off course we will get to it don't worry then nothing.”

“Excellent service, put my order through on Sunday night at 11pm and parcel was picked up Monday morning after 9. The chap that picked it up was very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions regarding my parcel as it was going to canada. This service provider was the cheapest including insurance 70 euro for a 7kg box. I would highly recommend them”

“To all at Parcel Direct Thank you all so much for helping to get my parcels to Canada and Australia. As neither of my daughters could get home for Christmas it was wonderful to be able to send them parcels from home. They both received them within 2 weeks and were absolutely delighted. “Arranged pick up Monday evening for the following day which they confirmed. Thursday now and still waiting after 2 emails assuring pick up was shortly. Whats the point of a courier if it takes days to even collect. Now I fear what will happen to my parcel to be honest.”
