“Trying to find out who to contact as a courier as pick up was supposed to happen yesterday and nothing so far. It's a portal that gets you different offers and quotes but absolutely no support whatsoever afterwards.”

“So easy to use. I woke up measured my package then hopped in the shower. The delivery guy came while I was in the shower so my partner gave him her box and he went off happy. Everyone should use ParcelDirect for quick fix.”

“The professional way in which my parcel was collected and delivered at such a busy time of the year - Christmas period. The fact that parcel Direct supply a phone number indicates their commitment to customer Care. Having experienced so many other Delivery services lack of commitment to collection and not being able to contact them I highly recommend Parcel Direct .IE.”

“Extremely happy and would definitely use ParcelDirect again. Collected a box on Monday afternoon, delivered to UK Wednesday morning. With lockdowns and covid restrictions and it being Christmas week it was brilliant. Special words for Ruth on the phone, you are an absolute dote.”

“Because of travel restrictions, my daughter, her husband and 3-year-old son suddenly had to cancel their Christmas trip home. Heartbreak! How, at least, to get his Christmas box to my grandson? Why Parcel Direct of course! Despite flight and ferry cancellations, they delivered his Christmas present within 28 hours. Mission accomplished! Happy child and happier Gran! Thank you Parcel Direct!”

“ParcelDirect.ie is Excellent. Their website covers every aspect of the services they provide to the smallest detail! They provided a great tracking system...almost hour by hour, and the speed of collection and delivery is amazing. ParcelDirect collected package from me at midday on a Monday and had it in Melbourne for Friday.... A fantastic service which I will certainly use again soon.. I would rate ParcelDirect 10 out of 10. Thanks to all Eileen Harrington.”

“I am so impressed by the service of ParcelsDirect.ie. I had been let down by another company when trying to send a package to UK mainland. I rebooked with ParcelDirect.....my package was collected in County Meath and arrived in Skipton North Yorkshire in 30 hours.....this being Christmas time and last minute was amazing!!! Thank you.”

“What a service you provide. Before midnight Monday 14th booked 2 boxes for UK & The Netherlands. Boxes collected Tuesday afternoon Dec. 15th. UK box delivered around 8am & to Netherlands lunchtime on WEDNESDAY Dec. 17th. The entire process, from selecting our preferred Courier service, to confirmation emails & invoices, to tracking information, was seamless. Needless to say, Parcel Direct will be top of our Christmas list in the years to come. Ho,Ho, Ho.”
