“First time sending stuff, usually on the receiving end! Parcel Direct's online quote is quick and easy to use, and the documentation is clear. I sent two parcels which went via GLS (GLS website is pure s**te!! And their "tracking" is a joke, I found it misleading). At one point I was worried that one parcel had "gone astray" (GLS tracking) butParcelDirect took the trouble to ensure all was well, report back to me, and the parcel did arrive in good time (a day before the GLS tracking realised it was delivered). I bookmarked ParcelDirect as my "go-to" carrier for online selling.”

“All very good pick up web site etc ,only problem, we have yet to receive confirmation of delivery, by email or text.Yet tracking has shown it as signed and delivered. Although we have yet to hear from recipients they received.”

“My order was never collected. I had an event planned for tomorrow with the objects of this which will now have ti bw cancelled and as a result leaving me with a loss of income. I phoned the company 3 times today to be told at 5pm the courier was on the way. Now 9pm and they did not show. I had people waiting on the courier in the pick up location all day. Waste of money and time!!! Avoid this company”

“Excellent service. I had never heard of parceldirect.ie so wasn't sure what to expect. The driver who collected my parcel was very friendly and helpful. My parcel was delivered to Philadelphia in tact and less than 24 hours later!”
