“This was the 1st time I've used ParcelDirect and I had not been aware of the service. Placing the order was simple and a range of quotes were obtained from different reputable company's competitive, cheaper or more expensive than An Post. The parcel was collected the following day as agreed and I'll see how delivery goes but that'll be the courier companies responsibility.”

“I'm so very happy I took the brave (Well, for me anyway, as a near middle aged woman!) leap to use Parcel Direct. Had my package picked up from my home and was delivered safely. For many years I've used our state-owned postal service. Now that I've taken the plunge to use Parcel Direct, I can safely say I will continue to use this company. Extremely easy to use, picked up from your home & a lot less expensive, what's not to like.”

“My parcel was not collected on the required day with COVID delays, however they replied to my after hours email promptly and it was collected the following day so I will happily use Parcel Direct again”

“Easy to use website, clear instructions . Parcel was picked up on time. Some delay in delivery,but maybe this was due to current Covid problems. Tracking was useful, nice to know where the parcel was. Would use them again.”

“Good value for money. I liked that I didn't need to print any labels and the driver picked the packet up from my address. It arrived in perfect condition. The reason why four instead of five stars, it did take 13 days. Also, it would have been nice to have been given a specific time slot for collection rather than a whole day.”

“Rates were far cheaper than FedEx, even though FedEx took control of the parcel later in the process. Picked up on the day that they were scheduled to pick up. Very impressed.”
