“Brilliant service. Until I found Parcel Direct I eas a bit stumped as to how to easily organize sending some belongings overseas. They are way better than a shipping company when dealing with a small to medium load, it was easy to quickly understand the process and delivery timelines. Some of the courier company timelines are not what they said they would be (still waiting for a package) but on the Parcel Direct side everything was smooth and seamless.”

“Don’t use this site- cancelled an order and a month later they still haven’t refunded it. Use postal pick up instead as they are a ligit company.”

“No service at all! Booked a parcel collection from Ireland to UK. Parcel never collected. Customer services said it would issue a refund within 5-10 days. One month later despite repeated emails (never replied to) nothing has been received. Please don’t waste your money.”
