“Driver didn’t show up on collection day(Friday). After email to support (Monday morning) I received answer that driver will collect my parcel ASAP…. Monday evening I send one more email, I ask for order cancellation because driver again didn’t show up… and refund. They answered straight away that they sorry and refund should be with me in 5-10 days. After 20 days I’m still waiting and they stopped answering emails….”

“I dont often need to send parcels to Spain and as a result I didnt know how to go about it! I googled "easiest way to send a parcel to Spain" and Parcel Direct.ie came up. Within 5 minutes I had the job done with door to door service. I am so impressed.
