“I left an envelope with important documents in a baby changing suite in Athlone Town Centre. The centre team was great first and found it! Then I used ParcelDirect to get it picked up and delivered to Galway. It was completely hassle free, no phonecalls from the courier not being able to find it etc. It was delivered the next morning after pick up. It was a very reasonable price too. I highly recommend this service!”

“I chose the option to leave my package at a drop off where they were to collect it and I was called a couple days later to say they don’t work with your company. The address you gave me so I want a refund or you collect the parcel from my address”

“Good prices and easy to use however many of the drop off locations on the website do not actually take Parcel Direct packages, I had to go to many many different locations to find the right store. Would appreciate if you update your locations map please! Otherwise all good”

“Very happy with the service except for when I was entering a phone number your system insisted on changing the code according to the address which is of no use to anyone because it's incorrect plus no contact since pick up as to where it is now as I haven't tracking number??!”

“Terrible experience – service not delivered and no refund I had a terrible experience with Parcel.ie. I paid in advance for a delivery from Dublin to Brazil. The delivery was crucial for me – I had just undergone a C-section and was traveling alone with a newborn baby. I couldn't carry the luggage myself, so I trusted this company to help. Not only was the service never fulfilled, but I was also left without my clothes and my baby's belongings, and I have been waiting for weeks for a refund that was promised but never delivered. I paid extra for delivery notifications and handling, but they never even rang the doorbell or contacted the recipient. I’ve sent multiple emails, and the only answers I received were vague and dismissive. Their customer service is unprofessional and unresponsive. This company is unreliable, irresponsible, and should not be trusted. I will be reporting them to: * CCPC – Ireland’s Consumer Protection agency * ECC Ireland – EU consumer dispute resolution * Small Claims Court – For legal action * Public platforms like Trustpilot, Reddit, Boards.ie, and Google Reviews If you care about your items or peace of mind, DO NOT USE Parcel.ie.”
