“I booked the courier to collect 2 weeks beforehand. I stayed at home from work on this day. The parcel was not collected. I couldn't get in contact with anyone that day so had to wait until the following morning. I was told that it's busy, it's Christmas, etc. They said they would contact the courier company and get back to me. Three hours later, no update. I am again some from work. I call again. They said they'll collect today. When I asked what the delay was, that I had booked 2 weeks before, they said it's doesn't matter when you book, they only pass on the details to the courier the day before. They did pick it up that day. They came back a few days later to pick it up again. At this point it had already reached it's destination so no idea what that was about. It was delivered 3 days ago and the tracking, last updated today, is still saying it's not delivered. I used this service as it's awkward for me to get to a post office but it wasn't very convenient.”

“Due to Canadian postal strike, we needed to find a way to get hand picked novelties to Canada to our grandchildren for Christmas. Didn't want to get stuff delivered directly to their home, as wanted to include personally written notes and cards. Tried a different delivery company, but found their site very hard to navigate. Delighted to have found parcels direct ( and ability to leave parcel in a local shop) Christmas saved 😀”

“Had a massive headache trying to find a way to ship to Canada. This was a lifesaver because they have drop-off location near me and was even a bit cheaper than the major courier services available here.
