“I have to say very friendly and helpful service. New to sending parcels off on a personal basis so was talked through the easy process really quickly. Website is nice and user friendly too and on a final positive note they were the cheapest by far - most expensive was An Post and over double the price for the same service. Would recommend”

“Collected parcel as arranged, would be nice to have an idea which portion of the day parcel will be collected as have to block off an entire day to stay home for collection. I haven't yet received confirmation of successful parcel delivery so cannot comment on that.”

“Only booked at 9.50pm yesterday evening to send a parcel to England. Parcel was collected today at 4.30pm by a lovely young man very polite, he rang beforehand to let me know he was coming. I would recommend this company.”

“Collection was great, which was a good start, however delivery in UK is unacceptable. They contacted recipient stating a delivery day and time, then changed time, then never showed up at the time stated. not even delivered on that day. They had stayed in to be there for that delivery, now parcel is at a post office where they have to go and collect it and take time off work to fit in with their opening hours. Very disappointing.”

Sometimes drivers run out of time while on their routes which can cause delays, or in this case, they will drop it to one of their drop off stores so that it can be retrieved from there. It is meant to make things easier as they may not have been able to deliver this the next day if they did not drop this to the post office. If you would like to query anything, just get in touch.
