“It is the first time I have used a courier service. I looked into a few different options and decided first and foremost it is an Irish based one. Your site is extremely easy to follow from addresses to the final folding of the address form to make an envelope and importantly good value money wise. The parcel was picked up this morning and I am sure will reach its destination in the next few days. Thank you and I will be using you service again. Jane Musgrave”

“I placed my order for pickup on Friday and received notification thst my package would be collected Monday between 9am and 6:20pm. I called on Monday around noon and was told my package would be picked up by 5pm. No one came, I waited the whole day and no one came. The next morning I got a call from the driver asking where i lived, I had given my eircode when placing the order, but the driver was not given that information . My package was supposed to arrive in London the next day, didn't arrive until Thursday. All in all not great service. DHL is the only company that seem to be able to do this right.”

We are very sorry about this, we do try to ensure that the courier collects on the day requested, however, our collections are not guaranteed as sometimes there is issues where the driver doesn't have enough time in the day to collect all of the parcels. The issue with the eircode is an issue that we are currently trying to fix, we have our technical team taking a look into this. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. “I was trying so many other delivery sites and was getting no where. Until l rang parcel direct and I got the answers I was looking for on how to send my mobile phone to the uk. Very helpful operator, he talked me through every step”
