“My first recent experience with parcel direct was very good. Waiting for another parcel to be picked up tomorrow for international delivery again. I’m v happy with the service so far. I like to be able to track the delivery.”

“Never so embarrassed am absolutely livid. Message received from driver that item was not ready or packed - it would be easier to get into fort Knox then my packaging. No approx time given only between 8.30am and 5.30pm. I can't stay in all day but at all times when I went out I was no more then 5 minutes away from my property. No phonecall nothing at all from driver - absolute disgrace - no customer service at all - I don't even know if the driver even bothered showing up and then sent that message to the firm to send onto me”

“Couldn’t ask for a better company to deal with. The info was sent but the label wasn’t sent. I sent an email straight away and I was worried it wouldn’t be responded to before the courier arrived. I called the helpline and it was emailed on and looked after within 10 seconds. Very helpful staff and a company you can actually reach on the phone. Thank you parcel direct”

“Excellent service by this company, very easy to do on the website and way cheaper than an post best thing about it is the parcel gets to Australia in 4 days an post took 7 weeks for our last parcel to be sent, delighted we found this company”
