“As a new co I am happy with the service I got. My parcel got delivered to Edinburgh successfully to day Saturday. I was kept up to date with the progress of the journey. With covid and all the other restrictions I think you did reasonably well. I wish you well in the future and hope to use your service again during the year. I hope your co goes from strength to strength”

“Good spread of couriers but the prices quoted magically get bigger once you commit to buy. Mine was increased by over €2 when I went to ship the package. Please quote EXACT prices when all info is entered and not ex VAT or EX charges etc. This is misleading and unfair.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would, collected parcel with no delay, BUT parcel is sat in depot in Germany for over 2 weeks they keep saying no one is home but my sister has sat at home every day for 2 weeks waiting for it, when she could be out doing her Christmas shopping, the customer service man Stephen is a joke just making smart comments and finds it all very funny! Paid 3 times what I would have paid an post to have it there within a few days, read the other reviews here and stay away from this company, I wish I had seen these reviews before pissing money down the drain both on gifts and on shipping! THEY DONT PUT THINGS RIGHT WHEN THEY MESS UP, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!”
