Parcel direct were prompt and the driver who called was extremely helpful and nice. My only problem (and this is the same with all courier companies) is the time slot. We were told that the driver would call between 9am and 5.30pm. Really, this is ridiculous. Surely it could be before lunch (9am to 1pm) or after lunch (2pm to 5.30 pm). I tried ringing the company and I tried emailing them to request a more realistic estimated pick up time but got no response. Otherwise the service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. The price was good. The service was good. It was easy to organise online. They were able to provide an option that other companies could not facilitate. Definitely 9 out of 10 for service.
