“This crowds is thief keep sending the pass customer accused them wrong declare demention when booking the shipment .send ubexrra charge bill afterv2 or three weeks time included me 2time accused me declare wrong demention send the proof to them they never response back they just took out u money from u card without u approval be aware to used parcel direct”

“Send me email notify me that i put wrong demension n send me huge bill from 98 euro to 450 euro lucky our house has cctv camera.which will allowvus to have proof to dispute this bill.not recommends it .since this extortion i stop completely used this parcel direct. Paul”

“Paid for express delivery for an urgent package. Collection was supposed to be from Ballyrafter service station, which popped up as my local drop off point when I booked. When I went to drop it off I was told they no longer deal with parcel direct. Cannot get through to anyone on the phone at parcel direct. Appalling.”
