“I found the pricing to be competitive compared to the usual routes of posting to the USA. I found the app easy to use and the customs form was easy to use. I also enjoyed the fact that I could request a pick up and didn't have to go somewhere to drop the parcel off as I work from home and it is often hard to get out to post office etc.”

“A great way to get parcels collected and delivered. I'm moving from Cork to Germany due to a change in work circumstances. The Parceldirect.ie service made this process so much easier. The service is simple to arrange and the collection was on time and delivery was speedy. I can happily recommend using this service - If only all postage was this simple.”

“My urgent document was supposed to be collected the 24 January. I was assured 2 to 3 days delivery. 6 days later it still wasn't collected for the collection point. I'm still waiting for my refund almost weeks later....I would never recommend anything use thus service...M Murphy”

“Parcel direct were supposed to collect my parcel 8th of Feb containing my mobile phone left in a hotel in Dublin 1 and drop it to ups depot for delivery to Galway, the parcel with phone was just picked up this evening, I couldn't phone parcel direct as they do not answer either their 0818# or the 021#, I was informed by the hotel that my phone had been collected. Hopefully will have it by close of business tomorrow 9th, terrible and stressful experience, would NOT recommend”
