“Terrible experience dealing with parcel direct I paid for them to collect and drop off a parcel for me on the 7th and its now the 18th I have contacted them a number of times with reply's of sending a driver asap to collect then they wouldn't show up.This has happened more then 3 occasions last week I have since asked for a refund and I will go else where for a courier, extremely disappointed with them.I hope they can sort out whatever issue it is there having to be letting down there customers so badly.”

“ParcelDirect was easy to use. It was a straightforward process and their website is very easy to navigate. Once I put through my booking, I was given clear instructions on what would happen with my parcel. I also received an invoice straight away which left it easy for my accounts. I was extremely happy with the service I recieved. Thank you”

“This is my first experience using PARCEL Direct. Using the online application was easy. Unfortunately, the Centra Shop I nominated for collection would not accept the parcel as it was rather large for them to accommodate. A quick phone call to Parcel Direct resolved the difficulty and within a few hours, my parcel was collected from my address. Super service from PARCEL DIRECT. I will be recommending it to friends and keeping it in mind for future use.”

“The ease with which ParcelDirect facilitated comparing a number of different courier services is unparalleled. I needed a package couriered within Ireland, with next day delivery as a pre-requisite. Rather than trawl through all the different courier services (of which there are more than I had ever heard of) a quick search and ParcelDirect did it all for me and I got a surprisingly affordable quote and was able to engage with the courier in an extremely straightforward manner. Would happily recommend to anyone who cannot decide on which of the myriad of courier services to use. The GoCompare of courier services.”

“Great service. I Sent a 30Kg box of clothes and toys to France for 40 euro including insurance. Cheaper and easier than paying the airline for extra baggage to get stuff home after spending the Christmas holidays in Ireland. The pickup was quick and the box arrived in France less than a week.”

“It took a long time to have the shop accept my package as the contact was not familiar with the scanning process. I dropped off on the 6th and my package has still not been delivered on the 10th to a point 13KM - I will not be using this expensive unreliable service again.”

“Very poor service. No communication with customer or courier as it seems. My parcel was not collected for days and when speaking to the courier directly they had never received the ticket from Parcel Direct instructing them to collect my parcel. Shocking customer service when they do eventually answer the phone. AVOID”
