“After booking and paying in full on the website, courier failed to pickup the parcel THREE times. First time excuse was “insufficient address”,we checked with dispatcher, they had full address, eircode and phone no. After second "no show" dispatcher couldn't offer any explanation, just a promise to pickup the parcel “after the weekend”. Well guess what? Driver failed to show up on monday as well. No compensation or even formal apology. Not even straight refund. Now I have to write emails and wait if they agree to pay my money back. Absolutely can’t trust them. Actually I think its a bit of a scam because they don't deliver themselves and just use other companies as subcontractors so they cant guarantee either timely delivery or quality of service.”
