“ParcelDirect.ie made the whole process of send birthday presents to my niece so easy for me! The website worked really quickly to return the quotes from multiple carriers, with a layout that was easy to follow and understand, printing of the shipping label was uncomplicated with clear instructions given, and the carrier picked up and delivered my parcel at the designated times. When I called ParcelDirect.ie to make an enquiry prior to pick up they were efficient, friendly and helpful. This was a fantastically reliable process and I will definitely use again.”

“excellent service. Parcel was ordered on Monday, picked up on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday. No breakages. Simple online process. Drivers were courteous and affable.”

“No courier showed, wasn't even given a morning or afternoon time for collection so had to stay in the house all day. Called the office 1st guy fobbed me off that they would "check" and call me back needless to say nobody called me. I called again and got a load of foboffery. 1st time to use this crowd and the last. UPDATE I got a couple of emails from parcel direct this morning they said my package would be collected today they even gave me a time frame 3-5PM. Yippee I thought and called my customer. Of course this was just so much old guff nothing was collected, I lost a customer because I couldn't deliver and I had to refund, now parcel direct have my money. This crowd are worse than useless”
