“This is my second time using parcel direct both parcels to holland in the last month and the only thing I can say is for value and delivery i could not ask for better 100% I will be using parcel direct for all my parcel delivery's And I will be telling all my friends about parcel direct and the great service that they provide. “Aviod this company at any costs. My goods got damaged on the way by courier. They confirmed I'm eligible for a compensation but then stopped replying to my emails after I provided my bank details to get the payment. I paid for the enhanced insurance to cover my goods but they did not report the value to UPS (this is confirmed by UPS) so my parcel was not conevered for full value. THEY ARE A SCAM. I'm going legal.”

Both the recipient and I were surprised and delighted with the speed and efficiency of the service, exceeding all expectations. “ParcelDirect picked up on schedule on Tuesday morning (from where I live in the Irish countryside) and delivered (to Budapest in Hungary) just over 48 hours later. Amazing service, and at a very good price. After years of dealing directly with the big couriers, I arrange all my deliveries through ParcelDirect these days. HIGHLY recommended.”

“Good transporter. Was worried after read few bad reviews on Google maps but I have to say that all was good. Sent a pallet from ireland to Spain and it's arrived in 10 working days. Nice tracking system as well.”
