I book the collection for a Friday pickup, but the driver came only on the Monday and I was back to work.
I did like the fact that the driver came by the next day to pick up the parcel.
UPS did delivered to my brother's house in Canada, but I didn't like the fact that he did have to pay for an extra fee of about CAD41.00 which wasn't clear when making the order.
This is the reason that I can only give 3 star in this occasion.
