“I used ParcelDirect last week to send a large parcel from Ireland to the UK and was very impressed with the service. It was collected on Tuesday evening and delivered on Thursday for a very reasonable price of €24.80. It's a service I would definitely use again.”

“Awful service, parcel was never collected, when I checked the tracking number the parcel had been cancelled by the courier company, no reason given and no attempt made to contact me the customer!!!!!”

“I used Parcel Direct to send gifts to USA. Found it easy to track items and reassuring when they arrived. A bit delayed but got quick reply when I checked into that. Happy to use this service. Local pickup so convenient.”

“Parcels Direct were supportive and helpful even when the courier struggled to collect my package for 5 days. They challenged the courier and got them to escalate the delivery which then went ahead without further hitches. Good value and supportive staff.”

“Very happy with service. My package from Cork arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on time. It was delivered in HCMC by Fedex. I was kept informed of the journey by the tracking number.”
